About Us

Anthony DeMarco, Owner/Operator

Anthony was born and raised in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Throughout middle school and high school, he worked for his father part-time learning all aspects of residential building and remodeling.

After high school, Anthony attended Wentworth Institute of Technology while working as a project manager in the commercial sector. He graduated from Wentworth with a B.S. in Construction Management, and soon after, he received his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's license.

After college, Anthony returned to work for his father's company as lead project manager. He ran jobs all over the south shore of Massachusetts ranging from small bathroom remodels and trim repair to finished basements and new home construction.

In 2020, Anthony decided it was finally time to put his 15+ years of experience into building a legacy of his own. Thus, AD Contracting was born.

Throughout his career, Anthony has owned and remodeled several homes of his own in addition to flipping over a hundred other houses. He has developed long-standing relationships with local licensed subcontractors who specialize in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, excavation, masonry, drywall, and more. This allows AD Contracting to operate as a general contractor for most projects to ensure each client's timeline and budget remain top priority.
